General Delivery Policy

For all flower deliveries, we require someone to be available to receive the order, along with a working local phone number.

Deliveries to Businesses:

A phone number for the recipient is necessary, as some buildings may not accept perishable items. If needed, we’ll contact the recipient or a representative to come to the lobby and accept the flowers. We cannot be held responsible if the recipient is out of the office or out of town. In such cases, we’ll need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply.

Deliveries to Residences:

We will contact the recipient to arrange a 2-hour window when someone will be home to receive the flowers. If they are unavailable at the scheduled time, the sender will be required to pay a re-delivery fee before we make another attempt.

How Are My Flowers Delivered?

All our arrangements are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- *Dubai:* Our skilled delivery team ensures your flowers are delivered in pristine condition.
- *Other Emirates:* We partner with a reliable courier service experienced in delivering floral arrangements safely.

Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?

While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time, you can choose a preferred delivery window when placing your order. Due to Dubai's heavy traffic, we’ll do our best to meet the requested time. If delays occur, we’ll notify you in advance to reschedule. For any specific inquiries, feel free to give us a call.

How Soon Will I Receive My Order?

- *Dubai:* Same-day delivery within 2-4 hours of order placement.
- *Other Emirates:* Next-day delivery. For orders placed after 10 PM, delivery will occur the next day between 1 PM and 8 PM

Unsure of the Recipient’s Exact Location?

No problem! Provide us with the recipient's name and phone number, and we’ll coordinate the location and delivery time directly with them.

Not Satisfied with the Condition of Your Flowers?

If any of your flowers arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll provide a free replacement.

Pick Up

Can I pick up an arrangement instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to visit our boutique to collect your order. Simply select the "Pick Up" option during checkout.

What are your hours?

We’re open from 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday, and 10 AM to 10 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

You can find us at Gate Avenue Mall, DIFC, Unit 125, South Zone, Ground Floor. We look forward to welcoming you!

Refund & Return Policy

We take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Azalee flower boutique, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the arrangement you have received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we might have the opportunity to resolve the issue.


All products that are claimed to be faulty or damaged must be returned to our shop or collected by us. We will inspect all products returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we will NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.
